Long story short - I have never been the skinny girl, the active or fit girl. I would exercise here and there and "diet". Then there was the end of 2016 I was probably at what was my heaviest weight, I just endured the biggest heart break and after trying to pick up some of the pieces I decided it was time to take make a change and better myself- I joined iron oxygen in October 2016 and have never looked back - I started going to the gym 4-5 days a week , my place of employment offers group fitness and started doing couch to 5k's and now have run 4 of them! Changed my diet and became more cautious of what I was actually putting in my mouth -I started boxing just recently and don't know why I didn't discover it sooner! I turn 30 in a few months and have set my goal to run the beast on the bay and finish, something I never thought I would have done in a million years! I don't just work out for the results anymore - I do it because it's fun and enjoyable , the best lifestyle change I ever made ! Abbey Alward
